Home made pesto

I have an abundance of basil growing in my garden and didn't know what to do with it.  

A dear friend suggested I make pesto.

 I did.

My little Balun who loves cooking jumped up on the bench and helped me.

We then took it outside and shared it together with my mum.

It was delicious. Absolutley beautiful.
