Listen

Today is Sunday, my favourite day.
Everyone is asleep in my house so I am going for a swim, collect a new bunch of flowers and some delightful croissants on the way home at the little corner store.

This week was nice.
One thing that I have taken with me this week is we all want to be listened to. All of us.
Beautiful Bridie had a swimming lesson this week and is always quite cautious about it all. All day we spoke and I encouraged her about her lesson as she did not want to go.
We got there and got through it with her bravery.
At the end of the lesson she smiled and said, " I liked that mum, Monique (the instructor) listened to me".
In any situation when we have to be brave or try something new, speak up, get out what we are holding in.............

It is always nice to be heard.
