Busy ?

I was reading a blog the other day and it said when you ask or are asked "how have you been", most people say, busy.
It got me thinking that we do say that a lot, I know I do.
So today if I am asked I am NOT going to say busy, I am going to say something else, something nice, something I have done or answer the question without telling everyone I am busy.
We are all busy in our own ways.
