Happy Heart

Being a mum it was hard trying to describe feelings to my beautiful children.

  My heart came to mind and I have always used it when describing how we feel, it's the guts of our feelings. I would say... Do you have your kind heart in, did you feel that in your heart, is your heart shinning, smiling, that made your heart feel sad, does that make your heart feel happy, follow your heart......I will always talk to Bally and Bridie about how you feel comes from within your heart.

So when I saw this post and I could not ignore it.
