I smiled
I smiled,
Sitting on the footpath saying goodbye to my sister yesterday afternoon. It seems some of the best chats I have are on my footpath sitting on the grass talking when we have said goodbye a long time ago.
Sitting on the front steps late last night sharing a beer with a friend and Craig.
Watching people shop for their Easter supplies. I was perched on a seat waiting for a friend to gather her things. It was funny watching the arguments between others while they placed their items on the counter, the smiles of parents going overboard with chocolate bunnies for their children and the race to gather as much as they could as the shops are closed today.
I love watching people, what they wear how they smile and I try to imagine what their life is like just by looking at them, silly, but enjoyable.
Rolling around in bed this morning with Craig saying silly things to one another, we both ended up in fits of laughter.
Listening to the kids sit on top of my car and make cards and craft for people they love. Their conversion between one another is just delicious, the mess they have created is wonderful, their creative souls being nourished with art surrounding them.
I can't wait to clean it all up- ha, ha.
Downloading some new music, playing it loud and dancing with Bally and Boo.
The thought of some home days together. Nothing to race to in the mornings.
The thought of lots of chocolate in my house this weekend. The Easter Bunny is my favourite.
The top of my car................
