Beautiful
Life has been a little bit beautiful lately and the past day these little moments have left an imprint on my heart, made me smile and just grateful for these little moments.
Having a conversation with a friend today was so grounding. Just a real honest chat.
My little boy stopping me in the laundry and asking me to kneel down so he could tell me that feels I do too much for everyone. I reassured him that I am doing what I love and it is important to me to make him and everyone else in our family feel safe and loved.
Listening to my daughters secrets from her day. Those little stories she holds in her heart and how she trusts me to listen to them.
Laughing with Craig, he makes me laugh and smile every day without a doubt.
Talking and feeding Narah in his little high chair. It is quite special watching him nibble on new food and exert with all his might a story in his own language.
Going to the library with Craig and the kids. The books you find and the curiosity it ignites in the children.
Eating a home cooked lunch with Craig and stopping to talk about stuff, our little world we are creating, life....
Watching the joy Narah brings to an elderly person or anyone that passes him by as we shop for food. He sits in his trolley waiting for me to collect the groceries. These people have to stop, talk or touch him.
Narah's never ending smile.
The warmth our pot belly brings to our home.
Balun's thoughts and trying to understand his world. Oh my, the questions are funny, serious and everything in between.
And so much more.....
