The little things
There are moments I have with my children that are a little bit to special and it made me want to sit here and write again as it has been far too long.
Today we made rum balls and all kids are on the bench dipping their fingers in, giggling, singing to the songs in the back ground and chatting about the possibilities of their day, their Christmas party tomorrow and then Balun brought a conversation to the table about each of them and wondering why they were born in their order...... "imagine if Bridie was not here with us mum".
I replied that she was meant to be here and Bridie said, "if I wasn't born first I would be in mums tummy now growing".
And how right she is, I looked at Narah and he smiled with his beautiful eyes as if he knew what it was all about.
I then thought for all the time it took for our Narah to join our family and this big world, he is just perfect.
Bridie then spoke of the love letter Dad left to me and how delighted she was to find it. Bridie said she loves how we love.
I love how we love too my darling girl and without Baluns curious questions, Bridies endearing personality and Narah's joyful little soul I would be missing many things in my life.
