Feel
I was talking to my sister today in the children's ward of the hospital. We were getting into our daily catch up talking away, the nurses probably could hear everything.
She had just read an article about children. It had said children don't remember what you did on a particular day or what you said or where you went etc.. but they do remember how you made them FEEL.
And how true, we do as adults. We remember how someone made us feel by their gesture, their words, kind deeds, love they give and even the hurt someone inflicts on us. Hurt is always hard to forgive and forget and we remember that feeling.
We remember our how we felt on that day, in that moment, in that memory.
