Frustrated

My little boy was getting quite frustrated as he tried very hard to do his little assignment for School. I was feeling it too as I tried to help him.
We were about to give in when I grabbed his hand and I walked him out of the house.
Baluns big beautiful eyes looked up at me as he held onto my hand and said nothing. It was as if he wanted to say, thank you mum.
We stood in the middle of the road and I asked him to shake his body and let go of that feeling.
It was quite late in the afternoon so the street was quiet and we had the road to ourselves.
Together  we ran in circles, down the street and we shook our bodies. We began laughing and it was such a release.
I asked him to stop and showed him a little stretch I had learnt recently and asked that when he did it to close his eyes and gather that feeling and release it.
We did that several times and then he began to run all over the place again feeling free.
As we walked inside he asked, " was that a feeling of frustration mum?"
I replied "yes".
Balun replied, " I never knew I had a feeling called frustration, can I do that every time I feel frustrated."

I love this little soul and our every day moments.
