A long moment
Today I stopped in at the organic food shop and ran into an old friend who now works there.
It was a nice long moment just listening, talking and sharing.
We connected and talked in depth about miscarriages and like me she has had 3 and each one more emotional and the loss of one in the second trimester.
We spoke about life, happiness, children, food, sickness and how she recovered from ovarian cancer, we spoke of facts, friendships........
It was lovely to hear the warmth in her words.
It was lovely to hear words that described how you felt, feel and the empowerment we can manifest in our self to grow and learn from loss or sadness.
We make changes for a happy, healthy life.
Near the end of our long conversion in the isle of a food shop she said" we learn from others, our self, our experiences, talking, reading, .... if that stops, we stop, we become dead inside."
We all have our journey as my sister says which we travel along and there can be some bumps along the way but it is an experience, a journey and I believe those bumps are there to help us notice us, me , you and the path we are on.
I am in a good place, I am happy and open to this big wide world. The picture below is just perfect for how I feel today. Having that happiness inside and able to share it.
It also reminded me of my little girl who started school yesterday and how she had the magic inside her to be brave, stand tall and start her new journey of a new term and new experiences.
And how her imaginary friend that sat on her shoulder with her rainbow ribbon shoes filled her day with happiness and no moments were lonely for her. " It was just me and my friend, mum."
