That smile

Today I had to drop my little girl's homework folder back to her as she forgot it this morning.
Bridie must have seen me coming because when I entered the classroom she greeted me at the door with the most beautiful smile.
I stroked her little face and told her I loved her, she gave me more of that magical smile.
there was just something in there that was just the lovliest thing I had seen in a long time.
I walked away and began to cry, my eyes filling with tears. That smile just filled my heart and I had to just let it out.
