To my little companions

Each day I get to wake to share, teach, be taught and be loved by my two companions, Bridie and Balun. At the end of the day no matter what happens we have each other. We have each other to hold, to love, to laugh, to cry, to sigh, to play and discover this big world around us.
We are getting to do it together.
I love hanging the washing and having you at my feet, I love cooking and having your feet and hands all over the bench as you sit amongst it, it's wonderful listening to the honest words fall from your mouths, your laughter, your quietness, your little muddy footprints, your little things, your free spirits.
I love the wonder in your hearts and minds, your will to discover and learn, to listen and care.
You are the sweetest little companions and I hold you close to my heart.
You are my everything, Our everything.
Time will change things, you will both grow and travel and discover your own ways, but know that I have this moment, these times with you that are the most precious to me.
I always say to you that I am the luckiest mummy in the world, I am in my little world.
